Refund Policy

At CDP, all sales are final unless specific conditions are met.


No Refunds by Default

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.


Refund Exceptions

A refund may be considered only if the customer can provide clear proof that the product is still in near mint condition.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn

  • Item must be unwashed

  • Item must have no damage, stains, or odors

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Photo or video proof must be provided upon request

Refund requests without sufficient proof will be denied.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Orders with incorrect size selection by the customer (You may still request through our email, nothing is guaranteed.)

Final Decision

All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of CDP. We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions above.
