Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 days after purchase. Processing times may increase during high-volume periods, drops, or holidays.


Shipping Times

Once shipped, delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and carrier. CDP is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.


Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. CDP is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

CDP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier directly in these cases.
